• You must own or have rights to your custom cover design.
• Your custom cover design must not contain words, images, logos or other material that violates or infringes another"s rights, including but not limited to privacy, publicity or intellectual property rights, or that constitutes copyright infringement or trademark infringement.
• Your custom cover design must not contain material that is inappropriate, indecent, obscene, pornographic, hateful, tortious, defamatory, slanderous, libelous or otherwise questionable.
• Your custom cover design must not contain material that promotes bigotry, racism, hatred or harm against any group or individual or promotes discrimination based on race, gender, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation or age.
• Your custom cover design must not contain material that is unlawful, in violation of or contrary to the laws or regulations in any state or country in which your design is created.
• Beat Kicks retains sole discretion as to what constitutes an inappropriate or objectionable design, and reserves the right to cancel any custom cover order which it deems, in its sole and absolute discretion, to violate these terms.
• Beat Kicks is not responsible for any breach by you of these terms. You agree to release, indemnify and hold harmless Beat Kicks from any claim, injury, damage, liability or loss that may arise, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from your uploading an image to this site and/or your order of custom designs, including without limitation, third-party intellectual party claims arising out of or relating to your custom cover design.
